Six people. One coach. Your own programme.
Not a class and not a gym floor you're left alone on. Every session is six people, each working through a programme written for them, with a coach watching every set.

How it works
Three steps, then you lift
The first session is free and it is mostly talking and measuring. You leave with a programme you can read.
Assessment
An hour: what you have done before, what hurts, how you move under a light bar. We test five lifts and write down the numbers.
Your programme
Written for you, printed and in the app, in twelve-week blocks. Sets, reps and the weight to start with, updated every fourth week.
Sessions of six
Book any session that suits you. Everyone in the room is on their own programme; the coach is there for all six.
The room
Two platforms, four racks, no queue
Because six is the most we take, nobody waits for a rack. Bars, plates and dumbbells to 50 kg, a sled strip, and a rower nobody uses except in the last five minutes.
Showers, towels and a place to leave a bag. Park in the yard.

What changed
I deadlifted 60 kg when I started and 170 kg last month. Every number in between was written down by a coach.
I was afraid of the barbell. Six people and a coach who knows my knee, and now Tuesday is my favourite day.
No contract means no guilt. I buy eight sessions when my shifts allow and use them when I can.
No contract

Session packs that don't expire for six months, and no joining fee. If you stop, you stop.
